The services were great, offered us very good free Wi-Fi. We booked standard room and it was neat. The location was excellent and perfect, in a residential area, and the bed very comfy.

My room was well-appointed and brand-new and complete with Fluffy Towels, shared bathroom, as for instance. The location of this hotel adjacent to the town centre and railway station, Leamington has to offer, and Leamington Spa and the town was perfect.

Thank you very much all for an excellent stay for 4 nights. There were reasonably spacious and cheap rooms in spite of shared bathroom. I truly enjoyed its a modern decor. I did not want to leave there and would happily return.
